The European Commission has recognized JA Latvia as the only positive initiative in Latvia that provides entrepreneurship education to young people in a long-term and methodical way. The association provides in-service training and further education programs for teachers in its member schools both in Latvia and abroad.
Vinille was invited to transform a sophisticated, professional non-profit website into a comprehensible, accurate, and simple tool for kids, schools and teachers. In the role of UX/UI design department, our task was to create a user-friendly non-profit educational platform design.
We started creating a digital product design based on market problems and trends research to outline similar organisations threats & opportunities, the same as to define the most significant partners problems. Research insights enabled our team to build problem-oriented product features along with product hypotheses. Hypothesis validation via kids and teacher via focus groups, enforced with competitors research, gave us a clear vision of JA Latvia unique value proposition. With a deep understanding of product value, we embodied this vision in fitting the right UI/UX.
“Out of the cooperation, we awaited to have a consistent brand's look and feel that reflects our organization. The results we got were great. Updated new website has influenced user engagement. During the work process, the team was available for any questions and concerns, and they remained transparent with their hours and resources.” - said CEO of JA Latvia.
