THE TRAVELLER – restaurant

The very first restaurant with the open Teppan kitchen in Riga, „The Traveller” was opened in May 2014 on the first floor of the hotel Mercure Riga Centre.
We were trying to figure out who we were for a long time. For example, starting with January 2015 we changed the menu, the design and the style of waiters every month – each month dedicated to a certain country. By the way – during the festive presentation for our new concept, a new world record was made by the team of chefs – we made the longest spaghetti ever made – 45 metres!
Right now we have combined all of our best experiments, to treat our guests not only with exquisite meals, but also culinary shows in the open kitchen, masterclasses, thematic brunches, and so forth.
