Andrey partners with agency leadership and new clients to achieve their ambitious growth objectives.
Prior to his time at vinille, Andrey was chief design officer and chief creative director at different agencies and global companies. He was chief of design at Saatchi & Saatchi agency, Accor Hotel Chain. Andrey spent more than 10 years at design industry, putting together an impressive run of wins and awards and making the vinille agency one of the true powerhouses in the industry.
He was classically trained in both strategy and company management, and has spent the last decade working with Market Leaders, integrated teams and brands to create design thinking experiences rooted in creativity, data, and technology for fintech, food & beverage and healthcare.
Partner and Business Advisor
Cedric is a Partner and Global Business Advisor. He has played an instrumental role in growing vinille over the past 2 years.
Experienced leader dealing with the marketing strategy & branding for some of the world’s prestigious international private institutions based in Switzerland. Strong focus within the UHNWi segment, with past experience in the luxury industry and education management for more than 15 years. Having worked with a multicultural workforce in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
He also founded few start-ups in Ai soft commodities and Co2 & NoX technologies.
He holds degrees in business and hotel management from the University of Ulster, MBA from Queen Margaret University and Executive Education from The Wharton School.
Partner and COO/CFO
Deniss is the CFO and COO of vinille, and has direct management responsibilities for all areas of the company’s Global Operations, Finance and Strategy.
Deniss’s oversight of Operations at vinille includes: Technology (internal and client facing), Finance (Accounting, Client Finance and FP&A), Strategic Growth, Corporate Communications, Customer Experience Products and Legal.
Over the last 10 years, Deniss held various finance leadership positions across Latvian government institutions and its ministries. Prior to joining vinille, he served as Strategy and Analytic Officer and Finance at Central Statistical Bureau of Latvian and Ministry of Economics, where he worked closely with the Executives and Government Leaders. Deniss also spent significant time in corporate organizations on key operational and strategic issues, including client financial matters, restructurings, compensation planning and capital investments, and working closely with global VCC.Network agencies.
Senior Client Manager
Diana leads all client engagements at the most senior level, focusing on how we understand our clients’ needs in order to drive business and brand value.
She is recognized as an agile-focused leader who supports diversity and nurtures culture to improve the employee experience with a focus on retention, ultimately resulting in a high-quality work product for clients in our industry verticals, including a well-rounded portfolio of clients in the healthcare, technology, retail, and fintech sectors. A first for vinille, in 2021 Diana also led a disrupting branding projects for Fintech industry. Prior to her time at vinille, Diana was always on senior role positions of sales & financial department in global technological company Squalio.
Diana is passionate about how culture and brands align and loves the constant challenges that working with global clients brings.
Chief Creative Director
Jevgeni is the Chief Creative Director at vinille where he has led the transformation of the agency’s global integrated creative offering.
Based in Tallinn, Jevgeni leads the creative team across vinille’s offices, helping clients capitalize on the seismic shifts reshaping the branding & design experience landscape.
Since taking on the role, he’s led the agency in a string of high profile new business wins including new coffee brand, fintech future unicorn, new city sight tour operator and beauty cosmetic brand. He oversaw the launch of the agency’s visual profile in whole digital media and this year will launch first Brand Report in Packaging Design industry.
For the last 10 years at different positions leading creativity tasks, Jevgeni contributed significantly to its reputation for creative excellence.
Chief Art Director
Johann with over 20 years of experience in the adverting industry, has worked on some of the most innovative campaigns and products.
First studied psychology at the University of Geneva and Paris. After an internship in a consulting company specializing in finance, then an experience in a large advertising agency, Johann quickly realized that photography will be my means of expression and my true vocation.
Based in Geneva and working internationally, he mandated by the press and by brands in the field of luxury and watchmaking, but also for companies in other sectors of activity such as international organizations, the hotel industry, finance, sport or music. His favorite fields are portraiture and lifestyle photos highlighting both personalities and exceptional products.
Some brands where Johann participated as Art Director: Van Cleef&Arpels; Vacheron Constantin; Hublot; Breguet; Chopard; Zenith; Tag Heuer; Cartier; Hermès; Audi; Phillip Morris.
Darja manages and plans creative processes, making things happen with an enthusiastic and energetic touch together with the client and the vinille team.
Darja knowledge covers everything needed in a branding project; digital; motion graphics; packaging; spatial design and experience etc.
She has worked extensively with launching brands on the Baltic and Europe market and internationalizing startup brands. As a client manage Darja makes sure the project stays in schedule, on budget and that everything is done with the highest quality, due to her big experience working before as agile specialist in Accenture company.
Brand Strategy Officer
John-Ryan specializes in building brand platforms, defining product innovation and connecting brands with culture.
He brings over 6 years of experience helping brands solve business challenges, impact culture and build lasting relationships with people. During that time he’s created award-winning work for brands including brands from Fintech, Health & Beauty and Consumer Brands industries. His work has won recognition at the different awards and has been featured in magazines.
Head of Innovation & Industrial Design
Maryan is an innovative problem solver who specialized in creative technology, 3D experience prototyping and interactive industrial concepts.
He is passionate about new creative platforms, brand narratives and disruptive product concepts. Earlier Maryan has worked on international campaigns and innovations for brands such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris and others.
Brand Experience Designer
Thanks to his Bachelor in Art & Design, Aleksandrs brings an analytical eye for the design.
He has designed brand identities, packaging and campaigns and is specialized in designing typefaces. He has also created his own typefaces for fintech and retail. He is a multidisciplinary creative with nearly 5 years of experience in the fields of branding, design and digital. His past and present clientele consist of Latvian brands and local start-ups alike, from car brands to creativity festivals, from breweries to betting firms.
Customer Experience Specialist
Sobhan is the Customer Experience Lead Specialist, with over 10 years’ experience within the mobile and fintech industry from prototyping to execution.
During his tenure with some Scandinavian Ed-tech startups Sobhan worked in the app design group, where he was asked to bring a business and strategy perspective to the creative work.
Sobhan is leading the development of new consumer experiences within the Mobile App & WebDesign space and the use of big data. He enjoys bridging the gap between the business, creative and technology environments, whilst keeping a close eye on the consumer and the client’s requirements. Very much with a head in the clouds, feet on the ground mentality developing and delivering innovative brand, product and service experiences.
Sasha von Tonder
Packaging Experience Designer
Over her 5+ year experience, she has created packaging design systems for start-ups, South African corporations, and cultural institutions.
Sasha previously held creative leadership positions and has run his own studio for many years. She focuses on branding packaging systems; creating identities that surprise and challenge businesses about who, what and why they are. She believes that all brands should be built upon concepts and ideas rather than just pretty pictures.
3D & Product Designer
Albertus is an experienced and product designer, with more than 5 years of experience.
Albertus is specialized in 3D & Product design, and has solid experience in strategic visual identity renewals. He has also gained international recognition by winning some awards such in South Africa.
He was the creative lead on some local startups where he drove the e-commerce & retail business, moving the account into new territories by exploring new emerging trends and innovations. Albertus also led the creative team before joining vinille.
